Hi! My name is Sam Shejule
I was born and brought up in India and spent most of my adult life in a city called Pune, also known as ‘Oxford of the East’ because of its prestigious educational institutions.
In early 2015, I met my wonderful wife, Zarah while filming in Kolkata, India for an organization we were both volunteering for. Soon (and rather auspiciously), an opportunity arose for me to live in Germany as well, and this was where I realized my future with her. Before we knew it, we were starting our married life in the US, calling Indiana our home.
Moving to the United States taught me to adapt to a new culture, people, and a completely different understanding to this new world of opportunities.
In today’s globalized world, outsourcing has become a strategic decision for many businesses looking to enhance efficiency while reducing costs. My journey into the world of outsourcing began with a longstanding fascination for international business and a network of connections in India.
I’m passionate about helping growing businesses bridge the gap between where they are and where they’re headed—especially when it comes to essential needs like engineering. When hiring in-house isn’t yet feasible, I offer a flexible, cost-effective solution that supports their journey without slowing their momentum.

A Spark of Inspiration
The idea to start an outsourcing company was ignited during my years working in central Indiana. I witnessed firsthand how companies struggled with certain operational tasks, often sinking valuable resources into areas that could be more effectively handled by external partners. I realized that many businesses needed reliable support services—something that with my connections in India, with its vast talent pool and competitive costs, could offer.
With a clear business model in mind, I started to lay down the framework for the company. I utilized my connections in India to hire a skilled team that shared my vision. Communication and culture were key focuses during this stage. We implemented tools for collaboration that overcame geographical barriers, ensuring we could work together seamlessly despite the distance.
